Mendocino Unified school buses travel well over 100,000 miles per year just bringing our students in to our schools.  Our district is large with many miles of winding roads, which our drivers navigate carefully every day. At present, students are picked up near their homes and dropped off at the front door of their school.  Due to severe state transportation budget cuts, we've had to reduce some of the services and runs we've been able to provide in the past.  Want to know more?  Take a look at the powerpoint here: www.mendocinousd.org/index.cfm .

Our Transportation Department also provides bus service for field trips, athletic events, music department performances, and many other events.
