MUSD Parents,

Recently, Governor Newsom signed AB 104 into law which requires school districts to offer all eligible high school families the opportunity to change D and F grades to pass or no pass for the 2020-2021 school year.

If you would like your high school students  D or F grade to be changed to pass or no pass, please fill out this formThis request must be received by Mendocino Unified School District by Wednesday, August 11th

Also, here is a list of postsecondary institutions that will accept pass or no pass grades on a student’s transcript for admission purposes.  Please note that some postsecondary educational institutions, including those in other states, may not accept a Pass or No Pass grade instead of a letter grade for admission purposes.

You may drop off or mail the form to the district office.  Please address your envelope to the attention of Erin Placido at PO Box 1154, Mendocino, CA 95460.

If you have any questions, you can contact Erin Placido at 937-5868.

Sincerely,

Jason Morse
