Due to a reduction in our budget, MHS is no longer providing transportation to any non-league games. This means it is up to the parents and coaches to take the players to and from games.

Your child will only travel with an apporved driver. The definition of an approved driver is:

1.The District Office has a copy of your cleared fingerprints. All potential drivers must pick up the form to from Toni in the Distrcit Office. The fingerprints or something that only has to be done one time. If you were fingerprinted while your child was in Middle School you do not have to do it again.

2. Each year a Driver Insurance Verification Form must be turned in to the main office or the district office.  You can download of copy of this form on this page. We also need a copy of the actual policy on record. Please call your insurance company and have them fax a copy to 707-937-5629. You can send it to the attention of Noah Gold.

Once these two things are complete you are an approved driver. The more approved drivers we have the easier it will be to get the players to the games.
