Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Chromebook User Agreement at all times |

Keep your Chromebook in its protective cover when not in use |

Chromebooks must remain free of any writing, drawing, stickers, and labels. |

All Chromebooks will be labeled with a District asset tag. Asset tags may not be modified or tampered with in any way. |
STUDENT AND PARENT EXPECTATIONS

Read and agree to the Chromebook User Agreement |

The Chromebook, software, and issued peripherals are owned by the school and must be returned if a student is disenrolled. If one or both of these items is not returned, the student/parent agrees to pay replacement cost (see estimated costs in section 9). |

The student/parent is responsible for any accidental damage or loss. |
✓ |
There is no expectation of confidentiality or privacy with respect to any usage of a Chromebook, regardless of whether that use is for District-related or personal purposes, other than as specifically provided by law. |

In no event shall MUSD be held liable to any claim of damage, negligence, or breach of duty. |
